I am learning more Spanish than I thought I would, as a babysitter for two boys (ages 6 and 9). We watch a video everyday together. I now feel more prepared for my upcoming trip to Mexico! They are learning too, going around the house saying “No me gusta dormir! Like Parker!”- Stephanie L., New York City,

I was brought up in Buenos Aires, so my Spanish is fine. We have neglected my grandson unfortunately with respect to his languages, so we are trying to make amends. He is three, so the sounds are most important. He willingly watches Foreign Languages for Kids videos and has fun with them. His brain is like a sponge and the videos help him absorb the knowledge.

After watching [Basketballs Aren't for Breakfast] for 3 or 4 days, my son bursts into my room saying, “Mommy, mommy, how do I watch the next video? Where is it? I am ready for it now!

If I had these videos when my girls were little, I would have learned Spanish instead of lyrics to all those cartoon soundtacks! You can’t help but pick it up when you hear it.

My 3-year old niece asks me to play this for her over and over again. Her favorite parts are the Magic House and when “Grande” eats breakfast. She laughs and laughs.
